Conviction and sentence for multiple counts of fraud and embezzlement are affirmed over defendant's claims that: 1) the evidence was insufficient to support the convictions; 2) the government withheld exculpatory evidence; and 3) supervised release terms were an impermissible delegation of judicial authority.
